CapJour Support

How can we help?

Find answers for the most common setup and connection questions. CapJour requires iOS 17 or later.

Quick checks

Most connection problems can be resolved from iPhone Settings and CapJour’s Connections screen.

Apple Health readings are available, but sessions show no match

Open Personal Energy and refresh the analysis. Check each recorded session window: heart-rate readings count only when they overlap that exact time. Correct the session time if you worked outside the scheduled period. Also confirm CapJour has permission to read heart rate and that your wearable writes heart-rate data to Apple Health.

Calendar appointments do not appear

Open CapJour’s Connections screen and connect Calendar. In iPhone Settings, confirm CapJour has Full Access to Calendars. CapJour reads timed events for today and does not edit your calendars.

Prayer times do not load

Connect Prayer Protection from Planning settings and allow location while using the app. CapJour needs an internet connection for the first refresh and saves today’s prayer times for temporary offline use.

Notifications are missing

In iPhone Settings → Notifications → CapJour, enable Allow Notifications. Then confirm your reminder preference in CapJour settings and refresh the day plan.

How do I back up or reset my information?

Open More → Data & History. You can export a backup, restore a previous backup, or reset stored CapJour records from the app.
